We had an amazing experience with Robert at Upper Deckz! They were so responsive, reasonably priced, and completed the work quickly. They provided a detailed quote, kept us updated about the timeline (lots of rain caused a tiny delay in start date), and the quality of work was excellent. We ran into an issue once the deck was removed -- they found rotten siding on the house that I didn't know about. Robert sent good pictures and was able to handle it for a reasonable price. I can't say enough good things. If you're tired of unreliable, unresponsive contractors, Upper Deckz is your answer!

From the initial meeting with Robert, everything was great! He was very thorough with the plan for the deck and his pricing was very competitive. The decking crew showed up on time and were hard working… and fast. Very friendly and answered any questions I had. The undertaking crew was amazing too. We are in LOVE with our new deck! I wish I could give this company 10 stars! One of our locations was in an emergency need for the ramp entrance into our office. It was truly a miracle for me to find a professional in a short notice situation. Our office is open 6 days a week, therefore, Sunday was the only day we could schedule. I was blown away with the timeliness, cleanliness, and quality of work. The deck is so solid, it will more than likely outlast the building. I cannot express my sincere appreciation enough for the workmanship. I am confident we will be using the company again in the near future. Great job! Our existing deck railing was far-past failing, unsafe--not to mention, an eyesore. Quotes over years were jaw-dropping. We absolutely lucked out finding these guys. They were prompt, professional and polite. Their bid was extremely low--so low I was prepared for "you get what you pay for". These guys nailed it. It's beautiful. They used high quality materials. Addressed our initial concerns, and even worked with us as our concerns changed, then they cleaned up! Not a scrap left behind. Father happy, husband happy, kids happy. Highly recommended!
